OAFS was first formed as an organization of industry members who had the common goal of promoting best practices in the Foundation Construction and Earth Retention Industry and of giving the Industry a collective voice in matters of common concern.
Since 1995, the Association has employed a part-time Executive Director with an extensive background in the Industry.
